Every member who completes a minimum of 10 years of membership in the society will be entitled to receive a Retirement Benefit Fund of Rs. 2,000 for each completed year of service. This means that a member will be eligible for a minimum of Rs. 20,000 to a maximum of Rs. 80,000, depending on the number of years of completed membership in the society at the time of separation from the society. A monthly contribution of Rs. 140 will be collected from each member's salary, and a portion of the profit will be allocated to this fund.
