The nominee of a deceased member will receive a Death Relief Fund of Rs. 3,00,000/- in the event of the member's death. This fund is contributed by co-members and from the Society's profit Rs. 70/- will be collected from each member only at the time of member's death.
Documents required for the Settlement of Death Case.
1. Company Identity Card of deceased member.
2. Aadhaar Card of deceased member.
3. Two passport size photograph of deceased member.
4. Original Death Certificate ( one copy).
5. PAN Card, Aadhaar Card & Bank Pass book photocopy of Nominee.
6. One passport size photograph of Nominee.
7. Affidavit by nominee on Rs. 100/- Bond (Format need to be collected from MECS office).
All the above documents need to be submitted along with the 2 witness in the application form.
