Eligibility for Membership :

  • All permanent employees of Bosch India Ltd (RBIN, RBEI & RBAI)
  • The permanent employee should have completed minimum 6 months of service (Excluding Probationary period/fixed term services if any) in Bosch India Ltd

Application for Membership :

  • Any permanent employee seeking membership should submit an application addressed to The Chief Executive of the Society in the prescribed form.
  • Member can opt for either 1 (one) Share or 5 (five) shares.
  • Application should be accompanied with payment of Rs. 1,200/- (for 1 share) or Rs.5,200/- (for 5 shares)

  • Duly filled in Application will be submitted to the Board for approval
  • In case of rejection of application by the Board, the applicant will be intimated in writing the reason for rejection and amount paid will be refunded within specified period not exceeding 2 months.
  • No person can exercise the rights of membership unless he has made such payments to the society in respect of membership or has acquired such interest in the society as may be specified in the bye-laws.
Application Form consists of :
  1. Application for Membership along with Introduction by a Member.
  2. Letter of Authority for deduction from Salary.
  3. Nomination form duly signed by the nominee and witnessed by 2 Co-members.
  4. Specimen Signature Card/Membership detail card.

Document Requirements for Membership :
Photocopy of the below mentioned documents shall be submitted along with one additional photograph of applicant, prescribed application form and membership fee.

KYC Document Required :

  1. PAN Card
  2. Aadhaar Card
  3. Passport / Voter ID / Driving Licence
  4. Nominee Aadhaar
Company Related Documents :
  1. Bosch Identity Card
  2. Latest 2 months payslip
  3. Offer Letter or Confirmation Letter

Note : Memberships ceases on separation from the company. If a member cancels his membership while in service for any reasons, he / she has to wait for 2 years to become the members of MECS.





savings DEPOSIT

 

  • All members of MECS mandatorily to contribute minimum of Rs. 600/- as the monthly deposit, which will be recovered from Bosch Payroll/Salary every month.
  • Option to increase the monthly saving deposit amount is available (no ceiling).
  • Interest will be credited to member’s savings deposit account half yearly at the rate of 6% per annum.
  • Any member willing to withdraw the savings amount can do so only by cancelling his membership. Application for cancellation of membership to be submitted to MECS and the same to be approved by the Board.
  • Member can avail Medium Term / Long Term / top-up Loan against the savings deposit.
