Our Members are aware that the term “co operative” means working together & with others for a common purpose. The Co-operative Society is a voluntary association of persons, who join together with a motive to extend financial assistance in case of need for the welfare of the members & their family.
Need for a cooperative movement was felt among the Employees of Bosch earlier known as MICO (Motor Industries Company Ltd.) during the period 1962 and the employees established ‘The Mico Employees’ Co-operative Society Ltd’ on 09-04-1962 (Regd. No. 6/ARB of 09-04-1962).

It is worth noting that our senior colleagues founded this society in 1962 with the sole aim of fulfilling the financial needs of our members and not for profit. As such, we remain steadfast in our commitment to providing benefits and financial assistance to our members and their families. Our society is a model in the service of our members, and we have an enthusiastic team of dedicated directors with a clear vision to take the society to new heights every year. Our hardworking staff executes the vision and mission of the society with dedication and spirit.
