Our Members are aware that the term “co operative” means working together & with others for a common purpose. The Co-operative Society is a voluntary association of persons, who join together with a motive to extend financial assistance in case of need for the welfare of the members & their family.
Need for a cooperative movement was felt among the Employees of Bosch earlier known as MICO (Motor Industries Company Ltd.) during the period 1962 and the employees established ‘The Mico Employees’ Co-operative Society Ltd’ on 09-04-1962 (Regd. No. 6/ARB of 09-04-1962).

As part of digitization drive to provide members with real time information on the transactions with the society and keep the members updated about the activities, events, we have established a dedicated Helpline Number. Our senior colleagues have formed this society in 1962 only to fulfil financial needs of our members and not in a profit motive.
Our Society is a Model Society in the service of the members to extend financial assistance and provide welfare benefits to our members and their family. We have an enthusiastic team of dedicated Directors with clear vision to take the Society to new heights year after year.
